Fantastic food and great service! So happy we found this restaurant! It's our go-to coming home from LA!

Great food and great decor. Customer service here is the best. We love garlic fries rice here which I couldn't find it in any other Thai restaurant. Also love their Thai green milk tea here.

Passed by the center and saw the signs for Thai food and Sushi and decided to gove it a try. Came here after volleyball for lunch and was happy they had dine-in lunch specials available everyday (including weekends!) from 11:30am-2:30pm. Got the Sashimi Lunch Box with 7 pieces for $20. It includes Chef's Choice sashimi served with cucumber and seaweed salad, gyoza (3 pieces), miso soup, and California Roll or Tuna Cut Roll (5pcs). It was a good spread and variety of food and filled me up. Service was prompt and friendly. Ambience was pretty nice with comfy booth seating (see pics below). Overall content with the taste of the food and plan to put this restaurant in my rotation thanks to the lunch specials.

I believe this place is under new ownership but quality of the Thai food is still great and now they added sushi to the menu, and it ain't bad at all. Everything tastes fresh and prices are fair. Service is friendly and quick and they kept the decor the same. I haven't had anything bad here yet. Only wish their portions were a little bigger and their cut rolls only come between 4-6 pieces . But other than that , food is good , service is good, and pricing is fair.

With the large Thai and Vietnamese community, it's no surprise that there is good Thai food in Westminster. Sumran is authentic and delicious with fast and pleasant service. I ordered a red curry dish with medium spice and it was spicier than expected, which is fine, I just know now that I don't need to order my food with a higher spice level. This suited my taste perfectly. EDIT: Like most home made meals, the leftovers tasted great on day 2.

This was my second time dining here and I was impressed! Sushi has been added to the menu. I thought it would overwhelm me having many options to choose from but it was surprisingly easy. The sushi selection is perfect and delicious! The Thai food here is so good! The pad thai and pineapple fried rice with crab are my favorites. Top apps are the cream cheese wontons and chicken satay. Overall ambiance at Sumran is relaxing. I enjoyed the updates they made to the place. The playlist being played was jazz - I'm a fan. Lastly, service was impressive. 2 servers were taking care of the full lunch service. No pens and pads. Pure memory. I was impressed! You might have to flag down a server every once and a while but that was not an issue at all. Friendly service. Can't wait to eat here, again!

Good hidden place! I believe this place newly added a sushi bar with Japanese food, so it's not only Thai dishes! I wanted to try some sushi but the rolls only come with 4 pieces, so we stuck with Thai. All the dishes were very flavorful. We ordered the chicken pad see ew, pad Thai, tom yum goong fried rice with shrimp, and moo yang. The dishes may be slightly smaller compared to other Thai places , or maybe my party and I were just extra hungry. Regardless we pretty much licked the plates! Place was clean with great customer service. They sure know how to upsell saying mango sticky rice was in season! Yum!

BEST RESTAURANT!! I don't even live in Orange County and I will drive here just to eat at Sumran. Best Pad Ka Pow I've ever had, even from what I've tried in Thailand. Honestly all the dishes are so flavorful and authentic and it's only going to get better because they just added a SUSHI BAR! All of the fish is very fresh. We sat at the sushi bar and ordered an assortment of sushi, chirashi, the Westminster roll, the tuna carpaccio and the spicy tuna on crispy rice. I would recommend it all. Everything was served and plated beautifully. My husband also felt like Thai so we ordered the Pad Ka Pow just to satisfy our Thai craving. Service and atmosphere is great. They really take care of you here. Congrats to Pon, Jr and the rest of the Sumran team for adding the sushi bar. Spectacular! I will never need to eat anywhere else from now on.

Came on a Friday evening, parking was okay. Small stripe like mall, nothing fancy. Entered and got seated right away. Ambiance pretty modern, almost seems out of place for the area. Service was great. They are friendly and always available when you needed something. Food was yummy! We had curry, crying tiger, pad se ew and tom yum noddle soup. All flavorful, good portion and delicious. We will be back for sure. Nice find!
